Karahalli: Archbishop Rev Peter Machado made a pastoral visit to St. Judes' church in Karahalli July 22nd and thereafter to Doddasagarhalli Church about 6 km away. In his interactions with Catholics he expressed plans on the spiritual growth of the parishioners and worded a welcome for their participation in the Holy Eucharist. He met with Sisters of the Cannosian Congregation who reside opposite the church.
The churches are located close to the famous tourist spot, Nandi Hills.
