Fr. Pius D’sa Celebrates Diamond Jubilee of Priestly Ordination

Fr Pius D’sa recently celebrated the Diamond Jubilee of his Priestly Ordination, marking 60 years of dedicated service to the Church. A solemn Thanksgiving Eucharist was celebrated in honour of this milestone, presided over by the Archbishop of Bangalore.

The celebration was graced by the presence of clergy from the Archbishop’s House, Fathers of the Clergy Home, and Clergy Home Sisters’ Community, who gathered to witness and rejoice in this beautiful occasion.

In his homily, the Archbishop acknowledged and deeply appreciated the invaluable contributions of Fr Pius D’sa to the Archdiocese of Bangalore. He lauded Fr D’sa’s unwavering commitment and faithful service over the decades.

Fr Pius D’sa, in turn, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all those who had organized the Eucharist and the felicitation ceremony. He fondly recalled his journey from Mangalore to Bangalore, reminiscing about his ordination in Mangalore by the then Archbishop, Cardinal Lourdusamy.

The Archbishop, along with his priests, religious, and the laity, extended their prayers and blessings upon Fr Pius D’sa, wishing him continued grace, good health, and joy in the Lord’s service.
