Bangalore: The Missionaries Of Charity Nirmala Shishubavan in Bangalore recently welcomed a large number of faithful who visited the Home to receive indulgences. The visits come as part of the ongoing Year of Pilgrims of Hope, with the Home becoming a significant spiritual destination for many.

Among the visitors were priests, religious sisters, seminarians, SSC Church groups, and individual devotees. Some groups also had the opportunity to conduct Holy Mass and Adoration within the Home, bringing spiritual solace and blessings to the residents.

The Sister-in-charge expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response and noted that the visits not only brought spiritual enrichment but also strengthened communal bonds. During their family visits, the missionaries made efforts to educate the poor on how to receive indulgences, emphasizing the spiritual significance during this year of hope.

Despite the challenges posed by the children’s health conditions—most of whom are bedridden—visiting groups showed remarkable compassion. Some performed action songs to cheer up the children, spreading joy amidst difficult circumstances. The missionaries noted that these small acts made a significant difference, uplifting both the children and caregivers.
The Missionaries Of Charity Nirmala Shishubavan continue to welcome visitors to share in prayer and receive indulgences, inviting the faithful to join in spreading love and hope to the less fortunate.
