Bangalore, March 8, 2020: The KGF Deanery in collaboration with the Small Christian Communities (SCC) celebrated International Women's Day at Our Lady of Victories Church, KGF. Over 375 women participated in the celebrations. The parish priests of the KGF Deanery sent SCC animators to take part in the celebration.
There was also an evening program to which Mrs. Sujeetha, the Superintendent of Police was the Chief Guest. The entire program of the day was planned and executed by Rev. Fr. Susairaj, Dean of KGF Deanery.
Rev. Sr. Stella, SJT of Tarbes Congregation gave a orientation talk on women empowerment. Rev. Fr. A.S. Anthony Swamy was the Chief Guest for the Cultural Program. In his address he said "Women have to be cordially with each other to be able to solve problems of women;"
